This is a really good illustration of how anxiety works.

Sometimes anxiety tells you something is bad and it’s pretty obvious why, even if it’s not true: Bottle.

Other times, anxiety tells you something is bad but it’s more of a stretch. You (and others) can see why your anxiety has made that link, but there’s much less of a chance it will go how your anxiety thinks it will: Grass.

And finally your anxiety tells you something is bad because the absence of something being obviously bad means it MUST be bad. Or potentially bad. Because everything is bad and if you let your guard down, life is going to curb stomp you with something you should have prepared yourself for and dear gods this is all your fault for not considering every possibility and letting yourself enjoy whatever: Kitten.
