one of my favorite things about peter parker and his webshooters tho is how much it says about peter’s flair for style. like he really wanted to sell the fact that he had spider powers. he got bitten by a radioactive spider and saw that he gained enhanced senses, super strength, the ability to stick to stuff, but he was like “aw man… i can’t make webs. that’s what spiders are known for, their webs. i need the webs man….” so this fucking drama queen created his own webbing and webshooters, loads of web creations (web wings, a web backpack, SO many other web based things) and then he made a web-themed spider suit to really sell it. that boy really wanted those webs.
