PSA! Panting cats are super bad and should always be a cause for concern! Cat’s aren’t meant to pant like dogs do, and any panting in a cat is extremely dangerous and the kitty can actually die!!
Most likely the cat is panting because it is stressed out or anxious, so if your cat starts panting you need to immediately get it to a calm environment, offer it some space, and make sure the panting settles down.
