help my rat get surgery!

(first of all, sorry for bad english!) i have four pet rats, and one of them has an abscess on her head which needs to be surgically removed asap. unfortunately its near her internal ear and the vet i usually see isnt qualified enough to perform the surgery, so i have to see a more specialized vet, who charges 300€ for the surgery. its absurdely expensive and i dont have nearly enough money to pay for it. if the abscess isnt removed, it WILL develop into a generalised infection. she was on antibiotics and anti inflamatory for a week (the meds already cost me 86€) which reduced the size of the abscess, but it’s slowly getting worse again…

i lost another rat a few months ago because the medical care she needed was too expensive, i love my rats very much and i really dont want to let another one die. im only 16 years old, my parents can’t help me with my rat’s medical bills because my mom’s salary isnt even enough to live confortably, and my dad’s salary is very unstable. im a trans guy and i already have to pay for my hrt, which is 9€ every month. i live in France, so finding a job when you’re 16 is nearly impossible, and i wouldnt have much time to work anyway because im in high school. i’ve been dyeing ppl’s hair for a bit of money but by the time i earn 300€ my rat will be dead, so i really need help rn
