First, I would say eliminate mundane causes. It could be anxiety, just your imagination, etc.
If you’re sure it’s metaphysical, you can cleanse frequently and/or set up wards. there are lots of ways to do that.
I have found this charm effective for keeping away nightmares:
Get a bowl.
Put rosemary (and/or sage), black salt, and an amethyst crystal in it.
Focus on your goal to have peaceful dreams while assembling it.
Place the amethyst crystal under the full moon every time there is one.
There are a lot of factors, and a lot of things it could be affecting this so I encourage you to look into it more yourself. I don’t really have enough information to be able to figure out a solution for you.
THAT IN MIND, it sounds like you might have too many things going on magically that could interfere with each other/ kind of cancel each other out.
Also. I would also be skeptical that the dreamcatcher is effective, unless you learn to the actual, authentic way of making and sustaining it from the native people that it comes from. If you just got your information off of the internet it’s probably wrong.

I’ve been spirit keeping for a while and I regularly communicate with a lot of spirits whom work with me and are my friends… and occasionally I like to do something nice for them out of love. I wouldn’t be where I am now without them and I really do appreciate their help and love. So what is something recent I have done? well, I’ve held a small get together with my spirit family (this includes my fae ancestors as well) I take a pot of tea and a few mugs out with me to the back yard… sit in the sun and sit with them and enjoy their company. I take a jug of honey and a few ranges of teas as not everyone likes the same thing… (I collect tea… its getting to the point where it falls out of every orifice in my kitchen) but a few things each one likes are here:
Demonics: from experience and the ones I know… they like tea with a bit of spice… so cinnamon and also hot chocolate with chilli is a favourite. I like to have a few dips as well which contain chilli and roasted capsicum (bell peppers) as well. Don’t be afraid to put a bit of honey in that cup either… they do like it with cinnamon. Turkish delight is also similiar to something they make in their home land. Curried egg sandwiches… its made by simply mashing eggs and a little curry paste and smearing it on sandwiches.
Fae: Flowery type teas like chamomile and rose… also there is a french earl grey which contains rose and lavender petals which they do enjoy. Treats include nuts and honeys and sweet things like cakes and custards.
Vampirics: The vampirics in my keep do have their own little tastes and fancies. M who is a relatively new addition to the family enjoys a cup of English breakfast in fine china. You can also purchase a savoury item called black pudding which is made with real animal blood. it can be purchased from your butcher or deli…. Or cold meat sandwiches are a nice addition. Cucumber sandwiches… a little like aloe vera. I’ve heard some like mint as well.
Weres: In the past I have shared a plate of roasted meat cooked in red wine and made it a little bloody so they enjoy it more.
Angelics: I do love to make cheesecakes for my angelics and they adore the light taste. They also much enjoy brandy deserts and a small shot of gin every now and then.
Merfolk: My water folk are quite fond of salmon and I dont often like to buy it as salmon is dwindling in numbers right now as well as tuna, but you can make sure your fish comes from a good reliable source that doesnt affect the environment. fish eggs are something much loved by mine and i often like to give them sushi and seaweed items and miso soup. In terms of drinks, My octopus merfolk like vanilla and coconut deserts… hes a very big fan of vanilla things.
Incubus/ succubus: My incubus are a bit of health freaks, so I like to give them fresh things that are healthy like salads and fruits. They really adore a beetroot and feta salad that I make at home and are fond of. Theyre constantly watching their weight and appearance. a good fruit salad is mango, strawberry, chia seeds, cucumber, watermelon and rock melon. They like green tea and also rosehip and hibiscus.
Death spirits: My death spirits are a bit harder to please as they enjoy things which have been left to rot and deteriorate… one being apples. With scents they enjoy patchouli and I do make a habit to try to offer seaweed items and bowls of rice as these are A’s favourite items. A also enjoys jugs of ice cold water.
ruby (red), padparadscha (orange-pink), and sapphire (every other color)
these have subvarieties (star ruby, yellow sapphire, etc etc etc)
emerald and garnet are not corundum
(garnet is a mineral group!!!! it’s not even a species, much less a variety)
not everything is corundum
I’ll add on to this in the future! Let me know if you have questions, I’m happy to expand on anything in this post or any other crystal info that you aren’t sure about 🙂
